Sartiq AI recolour + bi-tone + logo pipeline
Upload a source, a swatch (for recolour) and/or a logo reference, describe the request, and Run. Hermes decides: bi-tone recolour (SAM-3 + a*/b*) or a one-shot logo fix.
source
swatch (for recolour)
logo reference (for logo fix)
Natural-language description sent to Hermes (which translates it to a SAM-3 prompt using the rules registry) and used as [part] in the gpt-image-2 template. Leave empty to let Hermes pick from the rules for the garment's category.
skip gpt-image-2 — apply a*/b* shift directly to the source's masked region.
every click spawns hermes; hermes picks the next SAM-3 prompt (from the rules registry, or invents one once they're exhausted), up to 5 SAM-3 attempts per garment
Hermes drives this path (use the Run button above) — SAM-3 segments
<part>; L*a*b* shift snaps the masked-region mean of the source to the swatch.Run a path to see the result here.

One-shot chromiq LoRA recolour: cleans the swatch to a flat hex, runs the LoRA, then a SAM-3 background-invert mask drives the L*a*b* chroma shift toward the swatch (L* off by default — toggle/slider to add lightness). Promote a good result to the bi-tone source for precise refinement.
